Know Your Strengths – Delegate Your Website

The Sprocket Report

Kate Gingold 0 1696 Article rating: No rating
American history is chock-full of rugged pioneers who take pride in doing it all on their own. That independent spirit continues today from Kickstarter entrepreneurs to DIY hardware stores to home-made wedding crafts on Pinterest. But trying to wear the web developer hat could actually hurt your business.

Website is Personal Intro for Insurance Agent

Don Gingold 0 5308 Article rating: 5.0

While everyone wants an insurance company to have a sizable and solid foundation, no one likes to work with a nameless and faceless organization. Brian Berce has been with Farmers Insurance since 1996. He already has a corporate web presence, but he wanted a personal website to help build relationships with people in his community.

His new website provides all the important details clients are looking for regarding their insurance questions while also giving Brian a blog platform to talk about local news and events. And of course he has a personable About page so folks can "meet" him on line.

Sprocket Websites is happy to help Brian introduce himself to new clients. If your business is similar, call us to talk about building a personal website for you.

The first step in having a successful social media marketing campaign is having great content to share with the masses. But, what comes next? Distributing your content! I’ve been using and doing research on some sponsored options and most recently have been looking into LinkedIn’s Sponsored Updates. LinkedIn Sponsored Updates are a paid media option for sharing your messages with the right people. Is it something worth looking into? In my opinion, if you’re considering a business to business paid campaign option, I think it is.

Every other Tuesday, Sprocket sends out the Sprocket Report, our latest business tip or our reaction to what's currently happening in Internet Marketing.

You'll read a web marketing tip from Kate, another one from Breanne, and - bonus! - we always have a guest post as well.

That's three valuable posts that you can read, plus a quick look at upcoming events and what's being said on Twitter. A great synopsis!

You'll want to get this newsletter for yourself, in your own inbox, so here's how. It's easy!

Scroll back up and put your email in the box. OR scroll to the bottom of each page. We have our newsletter subscription box there, too!

We NEVER give out your email address to anybody else, and we don't flood you with ads. It's just good, free information.
